Job Description
Requirements:
- Responsible to manage new merchants’ application including communicating with merchants on documents processing, company background information
- Drive new client acquisitions via cold calls, walk ins, and in-person meetings; and expand customer base
- Assist new partner open new account process
- Assist to plan and execute marketing campaigns, design and logistic arrangements of various types of events
- Handle and solve merchants / vendors enquiries
- Prepare regular reports to keep track on business performance
- Liaise and coordinate with other departments to make sure all the operational flows are smooth and efficient
- Handle ad hoc projects and assignments
Knowledge and Experience:
- 2-3 years business development /hospitality experience, and experience in payment platform / bank industry would be advantage
- Good in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Strong communication and presentation skill, easy going and hardworking
- Good PC skill (MS Office)
- Fresh graduate with Mainland China background is also welcome
