Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to execute the exhibition and Events’ support to the different projects
- Assist in the creation and implementation of promotional materials, including social media posts, content in e-commerce site
- To handle enquiries from event participants and undertake on-site duties
- To perform marketing administrative support which include prepare marketing presentation, reports, schedule arrangement and filing system.
- Communicate with internal and external parties, respond and resolve all partner inquiries, issues and concerns as required
Requirements:
- 2 years working experience in Marketing event, Communication, E-Commerce industry is advantage
- Fresh University will also be considered
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Mandarin
- Proficiency in PC software (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese work processing)
