Job Description
Key responsibilities:
• Update, print, post all daily sales results for the team/division.
• Make outbound calls to specified customer base to increase growth.
• Reviews and analyzes dormant accounts.
• Runs quality check on contracts and helps identify errors, comissions, and legibility issues
• Assists sales representatives with queries, problem accounts and research
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned including but not limited to back up to administrative assistant and sales representatives
Required skills and knowledge:
• Diploma graduate or 1 – 2 years administrative support experience
• Fresh Diploma or Associate Graduate are welcome
• Good interpersonal skill to be able to work cross functions
• 0 – 2 years of sales administrative support & customer service experience
• Good sense of responsibility, and attentive to details
• Reasonable spoken and written Cantonese and English is required
• Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of SAP system is advantage
